Alliance For Children Vietnam Adoption Program

Vietnam is a Hague Convention Country and adoptions are overseen by Vietnam’s central authority, The Ministry of Justice, Department of Adoption. Once a family applies to Alliance for Children and completes a home study, we will assist in filing for the USCIS approval and completing a dossier for Vietnam. Our program coordinator will guide you through the process.
