Alliance For Children Romania Adoption Program
Romania is a Hague Convention Country and adoptions are overseen by Romania’s central authority, the Ministry of Labor, Family, Social Protection and Elderly Persons. Once a family applies to Alliance for Children and completes a home study, we will assist in filing for the USCIS approval and completing a dossier for Romania. Our program coordinator will guide you through the process.
Married heterosexual couples and single women between the ages of 25 – 55 may apply to adopt from Romania. At least one parent must hold a Romanian passport.
3 – 6 months.
