A graduate of Boston University, Ruthie has been at the Alliance for Children since 1984, and worked as the agency’s China and Russia Program Director before taking on her current role. She feels honored to be a part of the adoption story of hundreds of families and cherishes the special connections that she has made along the way. In addition to her years of experience in the adoption field, Ruthie also makes world famous brownies!
Domestic Adoption Services Director
Sasha Martone, MSW, LICSW, LCSW, is the agency’s Domestic Adoption Services Director. A graduate of Fordham and New York Universities, Sasha has worked at the agency since 2013 and has worked with families in both agency and private practice settings.
Administrative Services Coordinator
Karen Casper serves as the Alliance for Children's Administrative Services Coordinator. She is a graduate of DePaul University School of Public Service. Karen has worked at Alliance for Children since 2014 and specializes in nonprofit management.
Abby Schneider serves as Alliance for Children’s Program Assistant and has been with the agency since 2016. She is responsible for a variety of administrative tasks. A graduate of Boston University with a degree in International Relations and Spanish, Abby is passionate about international children’s issues. She loves to travel and cook in her spare time.
Renee Lubowich, LICSW, is a graduate of Michigan State University, and has worked at Alliance for Children since 1998. She has devoted herself to the field of adoption and has worked as a social worker, supervisor, program coordinator, counselor, and therapist. Renee is deeply touched by all the wonderful people she has met through adoption. In her free time, Renee enjoys a range of creative crafts and projects.

A graduate of the University of Central Florida, Nancy Morin has worked at the Alliance since 2003. She specializes in Birth Parent Care & Case Coordination. In Nancy's free time, she volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for children in state custody.
Bonnie Delongchamp, LSW, is the agency's pregnancy counselor and also works with the Alliance for Children Foundation. A graduate of Worcester State University, she has worked with the Alliance since 2000. Bonnie enjoys singing, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends.

Jennifer O'Leary graduated from Southwest Texas State University in 2002 and has been working in the adoption field since then. She has been at the Alliance since 2015. In her spare time, she enjoys shopping, decorating, and spending time with her husband and two daughters.

Vivian Cone, MSSS, LICSW, serves as the agency’s Director of Professional Services andis the International Program Director. A graduate of the University of Rochester and Boston University, Vivian has worked at the Alliance since 1980. Adoption is her passion, both professionally and personally. Over the years, Vivian has touched the lives of thousands of children.
International Program COORDINATOR
A graduate of the University of New Hampshire, Megan Chen has worked at the Alliance since 2007. Megan enjoys traveling and values the many trips she has made to orphanages overseas. In her spare time, she spends time with her husband and three children.
A certified Paralegal from Bridgewater State College, Jenn Tobin has worked at the agency since 2004 and specializes in immigration services and international adoptions. Jenn enjoys dancing, movies, traveling, babysitting, and spending time with friends and family — especially her two nephews.
